Family Business
It is estimated that family businesses in Spain account for approximately 75% of private employment. Of the total number of companies that make up the Spanish business fabric, 85% are family-owned.
We can therefore state that this sector is the core of the growth and development of the country’s economy. Like any company, it faces challenges, but we must take into account a new and important factor: the company’s objectives must be aligned with the values of the family.
At Ad hoc we collaborate in planning the transition processes that family businesses go through when the figure of the founder is no longer present, as well as in succession plans to anticipate any situation. We work on complex and delicate selection processes to search for leadership figures who know how to maintain and foster the values and culture of the family business.
