Public Sector

Alongside the private sector we have the public sector, comprising the set of bodies and institutions that are managed directly or indirectly by the State.

Public Sector

This sector holds responsibilities such as developing public policies and regulations, providing a variety of essential services to citizens, planning, building and maintaining key infrastructure, and establishing regulations and standards to ensure compliance with quality, safety and ethical standards. It also plays an important role in stabilising the economy through fiscal and monetary policies.

The public sector in Spain is, broadly speaking, one of the largest in the economy and plays a fundamental role in the provision of services and the regulation of economic activity. However, in recent years, the Spanish public sector has faced various challenges and undergone significant changes.

It is important to note that the situation and organisation of this sector are conditioned by changes in public institutions, as well as by the political factors of the moment.

At Ad hoc we focus our objectives on developing leadership teams so that the business goals presented by our clients can be achieved.
