Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Master in Human Resources Management and Senior Management Programme at ESADE. He has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Executive Search, with a perspective that combines knowledge of organisations, business understanding and experience in executive search.
He has advised national and international companies on the appointment of leaders for key positions and on strategic decisions concerning their leadership teams.
